- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Of all the home loans and refis I've been through in my life this was the easiest. From start to finish my loan officer Dave Brink was professional, honest, and completely up front. I had very little to do with the loan and I'm sure that's because Dave took care of most of it. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service ever! Mitigation department is the worst, you will get different instructions depending of the person who answer the call. Not procedures in place to deal with the customer, they don't even review your file. Today, I was told people only give bad reviews, people will not give reviews if the service is good. WOW Kim Downing just look around and you will see. Nobody wants to take the time and read the emails or files you sent. It caused me 11 months of continuous stress to deal with them.
