  This Cumberland farms sucks!!!! Went there at 11:46 and called bc the doors were locked. the girl (young with red glasses) gave me a huge attitude used the excuse they we're told to close the doors at 11:45 so they could get out at 12!! Um no your OPEN til 12. THAN you lock the doors. Myself and three other people's business they lost bc I wasn't the only one that showed up at that time!! Never coming here again!!! Will be calling the manager and corporate as well too!!!

  This store has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I saw the sign which said gas $2.35 not realizing the sign switched between member and non-member pricing..the new ones display both prices side by side not digitally switching the main price display ON ALLL OF THE SIGN THE PRICE SWITCHED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN 2.35 AND 2.45, SO if you happen to be looking at the sign when it says 2.35 you will be sadly mistaken as i learned, when i saw the price for non member was 2.45 after i paid I was like "ohh i dont want to pay that much im going to get my money back." While doing so i made a general not rude comment to the girl behind the register (lets call her girl B ) about how the sign is kind of misleading.Her response "NO ITS NOT!" i explain how when your driving by and you look at the sign quickly cause it not safe to drive and stare off the to the side of the road A DUH! that the sign can be misleading, she proceeds to constantly interject about how IM IN THE WRONG HOW I NEEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION HOW ITS MY FAULT FOR NOT SEEING THE SIGN PROPERLY. when i wasn't even blaming this girl (obviously she has no control over the price of gas) or being rude she just went on her little opinionated defense. To make things better she couldn't get the register to work and give me my 10$ back which i paid cash not even a card, so she calls girl R and explains the register situation and girl R says ill come take care of it.....She gets there in streeet clothes gives me my money then proceeds to ask the girl as im walking out fi im the guy who was "YELLING" at her and telling me not to come back in the store.....in shock upset and anger i start yelling back how she needs to get both sides of the story before she makes comments and customers come first no matter what, esp. when it wasn't even anything to blow up like that over. To make things worse she gets so upset about one of my comments girl R who came in not knowing the full story mind you, she starts running out of the store after me screaming and swinging her arms to the point a customer walking in picked her up and carried her back inside, while doing sooo inciting these gentlemen to get involved in a disagreement they had no knowledge of...they seemed to jump to the girls side 3 large men, now making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe i leave....let me clarify I did say to girl B she sucks at customer service and must hate her life that she has to pick fights with customers to feel some type of authority, i did tell the other girl she was so rude and miserable because i make more then she does.....I know it was wrong they were just so rude and saying such un-provoked comments and its america nowadays when you poke someone your going to get poked back and they thought they couldn't get poked back i just beat them at their game of verbal onslaughts and they got upset...all i wanted was my 10$ back cause of the misleading sign and somehow these girls nearly incite a violent situation. I have also worked alot of food service and cashiering jobs I know the stress, I also know you never are rude to customer NO MATTER WHAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU CORRECT A CUSTOMER IF ANYTHING APOLOGIZE INFINITELY....this was a terrible situation i will never return here and tell anyone i can about that store!
